Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds Policy
At RSIO, we strive to deliver premium digital products, licenses, custom development, and business compliance services. Due to the digital provisioning nature of our catalog (including but not limited to activation keys, licenses, hosting packages, source code, and cloud credits) and the customized execution of our services, RSIO enforces a strict no-refund policy. All sales and transactions are final.
2. Digital Products & Licenses
Once a digital product activation key, invite link, or credentials package (such as Adobe Creative Cloud licenses, OTT slots, AI tools, or server keys) has been delivered via email or WhatsApp, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
3. Source Code & Scripts
Purchases of multi-vendor script bundles or specific codebase files (such as Stackfood, 6ammart, and other custom templates) are entirely non-refundable. Once downloaded or provisioned, the intellectual properties are deemed consumed.
4. Custom Technology Development & Compliance
For custom software design, application development, and business/tax compliance filings (such as GST registrations, company incorporation, and trademark setups), fees paid represent labor, advisory hours, and state/governmental fees. These charges are completely non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are final and governed strictly by individual Statement of Work (SOW) guidelines.
5. Exceptions & Account Issues
In the extremely rare event that a provisioned license is defective or fails to activate, our support team will offer a replacement credential or solve the issue within 48-72 hours. To report key activation faults, please contact our support department at info@rsio.in or via our WhatsApp support hotline within 24 hours of delivery.
